Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Door Lock Device And Vehicle' Filed by Byd Company Limited

MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517075305 A) filed by Byd Company Limited, Guangdong, China, on Aug. 7, for 'door lock device and vehicle.'

Inventor(s) include Ding, Feixiang; Guo, Xuebo; Gong, Xijing; Wang, Qinhan; and Huang, Heng.

The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A vehicle, comprising a door and a door lock device. The door lock device comprises a bolt, a locking arm, a matching rocker, a matching rocker arm and an inward opening assembly, wherein the locking arm is configured to engage the bolt; the matching rocker is configured to drive the matching rocker arm to rotate during moving; and the inward opening assembly is connected to the matching rocker arm, and when the inward opening assembly is unlocked, the inward opening assembly drives the matching rocker arm to rotate, and the matching rocker arm drives the locking arm to rotate in turn, such that the locking arm and the bolt are switched from engagement to disengagement, and thus the matching rocker does not move."

The patent application was internationally filed on Mar. 25, 2024, under International application No.PCT/CN2024/083506.
