According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A document handling and protection device, comprising a body 101 developed to be positioned near legal filing facilities, housing a plurality of vertically arranged, motorized sliding compartments 102 for securely storing categorized legal files, a timing-belt telescopic arrangement 103, enabling controlled outward movement for authorized file insertion or retrieval and automatic retraction to a secure position after use, an AI-powered facial recognition camera 104 and fingerprint scanner 105 provide multi-factor authentication for personnel, a cam locking arrangement 106 automatically engages when compartments 102 are closed and unlocks only after authentication, a multi-sensor inspection and verification module with sensors detecting file authenticity, integrity, tampering, unauthorized objects, and irregularities in real-time, a robotic pick-and-place assembly 108 handles, organizes, sorts, and repositions files, a dust removal module 109 with a dust sensor and motorized vacuum 109a and micro-blower unit 109b maintains files by removing debris and preventing degradation."
