MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517075293 A) filed by Boe Technology Group Co. Ltd.; and Chengdu Boe Optoelectronics Technology Co. Ltd., Beijing, on Aug. 7, for 'display panel and display device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises a substrate, a touch signal line, and a shading structure. The substrate comprises an active area and a non-active area at least partially surrounding the active area. The display area comprises display pixels. The touch signal line is located in the non-active area, at least partially surrounds the active area, and is configured to provide a touch signal for the active area. The shading structure is located in the non-active area, at least partially surrounds the active area and is located on the side of the touch signal line away from the active area, and the shading structure comprises a first shading structure and a second shading structure, the first light-shielding structure and the second light-shielding structure being located in different layers, respectively, and orthographic projections, on the substrate, of the first light-shielding structure and the second light-shielding structure adjacent to each other in a direction from the active area to the non-active area do not completely overlap with each other."
