MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517052172 A) filed by Samsung Display Co. Ltd., Gyeonggi, Republic of Korea, on May 30, for 'display device.'
Inventor(s) include Jung, Chang Sub; and Yeo, Sang Won.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 22, under issue no. 34/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A display device comprises: a first test pad; a detection pad adjacent to the first test pad in a first direction; a first voltage pad electrically connected to the first test pad; a ground pad electrically connected to the detection pad through a first contact point of the detection pad; and a second voltage pad electrically connected to the detection pad through a second contact point which is opposite to the first contact point of the detection pad in the first direction."
The patent application was internationally filed on Jan. 26, 2024, under International application No.PCT/KR2024/001298.
