MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514080774 A) filed by Lg Display Co. Ltd., Seoul, Republic of Korea, on Aug. 26, 2025, for 'display device.'
Inventor(s) include Kim, Hoonbae; Gong, Namyong; Kim, Sungchul; Kim, Sunyeop; Kang, Sung-Jin; and Kim, Jongsung.
The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A display device (1000) including: a touch panel (200) including a plurality of touch electrodes (TE); and a touch integrated circuit (390) supplying a touch driving signal (V_touch) or a touch driving compensation signal (V_touch_com) to the plurality of touch electrodes (TE) through a plurality of channels (CH). Among the plurality of touch electrodes (TE), a subset of the plurality of touch electrodes (TE) receives a touch driving signal (V_touch) and a complement of the subset of touch electrodes (TE) receives a touch driving compensation signal (V_touch_com), and the touch driving compensation signal (V_touch_com) and the touch driving signal (V_touch) are in reverse phase with each other."
