According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A display device (100) can include a substrate (110) including a non-display area (NA) including a through hole (TH) and a display area (AA) surrounding the non-display area (NA), a dam (DAM) surrounding the through hole (TH), a first hydrogen blocking layer (191) surrounding the dam (DAM), a first planarization layer (125) disposed on the first hydrogen blocking layer (191), a second hydrogen blocking layer (195) surrounding the dam (DAM), the second hydrogen blocking layer (195) being disposed on the first planarization layer (125) and overlapping with at least a portion of the first hydrogen blocking layer (191), and a first contact hole (C1) in the first planarization layer (125), the first contact hole (C1) surrounding the dam (DAM). Also, the first hydrogen blocking layer (191) is in contact with the second hydrogen blocking layer (195) via the first contact hole (C1)."
