MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521104940 A) filed by Bacancy Systems Private Limited, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on Oct. 30, 2025, for 'dispenser charger for electric vehicles.'

Inventor(s) include Hardikkumar Mayurkumar Sheth; Krunalkumar Dilipbhai Patel; Kanji Amrutlal Viroja; and Jasminkumar Bharatbhai Nakrani.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention provides a dispenser based charging system comprising a centralized direct current power station equipped with hot-swappable AC-DC power modules coupled to a high-voltage DC bus, and a plurality of dispenser units equipped with CCS2 connectors, retractable cables, and user interfaces. A master controller dynamically allocates power among dispenser guns in real time using load-sharing contactors and fast communication protocols, thereby maximizing utilization and charging speed. The system further incorporates multi-layer safety features including insulation monitoring, surge and arc-fault protection, ground fault detection, and thermal sensors, along with cybersecurity and IoT-based predictive maintenance, ensuring safe, reliable, high-uptime, and scalable charging infrastructure."
