(108) An appointment scheduling module facilitates selection of healthcare providers, viewing of available slots, and appointment confirmation. (112) A notification engine issues alerts for upcoming appointments and medication reminders. (114) A data synchronization module transmits emotional, behavioral, and medication data to a healthcare provider interface in real-time or at scheduled intervals. Together, these modules form a unified system that empowers caregivers with structured tools and enables clinicians to monitor patient progress remotely."
