According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed are devices, methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media for AI/ML functionality and model control. An example apparatus for a terminal device may include at least one processor and at least one memory. The at least one memory may store instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, may cause the apparatus at least to: receive from a network device, information of a functionality configured for radio communication between the terminal device and the network device; determine an activation state for the functionality amongst the following activation states supported by the terminal device: i) an inactive state where the functionality is not in use for operating the radio communication; ii) an active state where the functionality is executed for operating the radio communication; iii) a monitoring state where the functionality is executed for operating the radio communication and where performance of the functionality is monitored; iv) a validating state where the functionality is executed but not used for operating the radio communication, and where performance of an output of the functionality is evaluated; and send to the network device, information on the determined activation state for the functionality."
