MUMBAI, India, March 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202617015628 A) filed by Innovative Water Care, Llc, Wilmington, U.S.A., on Feb. 12, for 'devices, systems, and methods for water treatment.'

The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Devices, systems, and methods for water treatment are provided. The devices include a sensor module configured to receive a stream of water from body of water, the sensor module including sensor assemblies configured to monitor characteristics of the stream of water, and a control module in operable communication with the sensor module and a chemical feed system configured to supply one or more chemicals to the body of water. The control module is configured to, by one or more processors: receive sensor data from the sensor module indicative of the characteristics of the stream of water, analyze the characteristics of the stream of water relative to programmed criteria, and adjust a supply rate of the chemical feed system to supply the one or more chemicals to the body of water based on the analysis of the characteristics of the stream of water."
