MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517090806 A) filed by Encofrados J. Alsina S. A., Barcelona, Spain, on Sept. 23, for 'device for the positioning of formwork panels for the construction of a concrete wall.'

Inventor(s) include Ardila Lopez, German; Rodilla Mercado, Daniel; and Guerrero Martinez, Jaime.

The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a device for the positioning of a first formwork panel (100) and a second formwork panel (101) for building a concrete wall, comprising a first flat sheet (3), a cap nut (4) configured to receive one end of a threaded rod (1); a first spacer (6), a central cylindrical element (10), a second spacer (12), a front plate (16) configured such that the threaded rod (1) comprising a second sheet (18) for supporting a second formwork panel (101); a clamping nut (19) and a handle (20) configured to facilitate the positioning and fixing of the clamping nut (19), with the bushings (11) in the form of a truncated cone; the first and second stops have a lip made of an elastic material (9) configured to receive a bushing (11) of the central cylindrical element (10)."
