MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441078336 A) filed by Jain, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Oct. 15, 2024, for 'device for sowing of seeds.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A device for sowing of seeds, comprising a rectangular base 1 having two motorized rear wheels 2 attached, two front wheels 3 elongated rods 4 for locomotion of the base 1, roller 5 having metallic bristles 6 for levelling soil, plurality of C-shaped digging flaps 7 attached to a front edge of the base 1 by springs 8 for digging trenches into the soil, springs 8 prevent a damage caused by a stone in the soil, elongated container 9 for containing seeds, plurality of iris holes 13 for dropping seeds in trenches at regular intervals, artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 10 for recording and processing images in a vicinity of the base 1 to determine an animal in front of the base 1, display unit 11 to display the detected nutritional content and a microphone 12 for audio command from user to actuate the device."
