MUMBAI, India, Aug. 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517067731 A) filed by Aequilliving Inc Limited, London, on July 16, for 'device and method for imprinting an active effect of at least one reference product into a treatment product.'

Inventor(s) include Roscop, Frederic; and Moreno, Marie-Valerie.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 1, under issue no. 31/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a method for imprinting an active effect of at least one reference product into a treatment product, characterized in that it comprises a second imprinting phase (E2) comprising the following steps: - reading (E21) the associated digital signature of the at least one reference product from a database; - forming (E23) an electrical imprinting signal from the digital signature of the reference product; - imprinting (E24) the active effect into a neutral solution comprising at least one salt, by passing the electrical imprinting signal through one or more electrical wires of a plate of an imprinting device on which the neutral solution is positioned, for a predetermined imprinting duration, so as to imprint the active effect of the at least one reference product into the neutral solution and thus transform it into a treatment product."

The patent application was internationally filed on Dec. 20, 2023, under International application No.PCT/EP2023/087145.
