MUMBAI, India, Feb. 27 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541132831 A) filed by Christ University, Bengaluru, Karnataka, on Dec. 29, 2025, for 'development of propinnotech application interface.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "In the present era where technology plays a very important role in every individual lives, it becomes very important to study various factors that create an impact on the decision making process. It has become a huge challenge for the Realty sector experts and analysts to understand the behavioral dynamics of the consumer in various market conditions. Prior to the modernized era where traditional business which is being followed by most of the real estate developers focused mostly on the common factors such as Price and Location, which were common market indicators of the consumers. But as the technology grew, the concept of behavioural analytics started booming in all the sectors, especially in the real estate sector. Propinnotech a blend of property, innovation and technology is a behavioral analytics platform which is built on integrating the conceptual theory the Extended Theory of Planned Behaviour. The main intention of developing this behvaioral interface is to study and understand the various behavioural dynamics of purchase intentions specifically related to residential real estate industry.
