MUMBAI, India, Feb. 27 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541133429 A) filed by Dr. Mahalingam College Of Engineering And Technology, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, on Dec. 30, 2025, for 'develop a pneumatic jack with air inflator for four wheeler.'
Inventor(s) include K. Vijayak Kannan; S. Sathyapriya; M. Jayaraj; V Vishnu Prasanth; and V Aravind.
The application for the patent was published on Feb. 27, under issue no. 09/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Pneumatic jack with air-inflator is jack used to lift the vehicle while changing the type, conventional method the mechanical operation is used to lift the vehicle; it is very difficult to operate; we need to put more effort to operate the conventional jack and aged persons cant able to operate this jack; Present invention pneumatic jack provides easy mechanism with the suitability of operation of people of any age and flexibility to operate from any sides based on the comfort."
