According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A PARP1 inhibitor compound has a structure: Formula (I) Z1, Z2, and Z3 are each selected from C and N. R1 and R2 together form a 5- or 6-membered ring or are each independently absent or an organic group. R3 is absent or an organic group. R4 is an organic group. L has a structure: Formula (II). Each X2 is selected from C, N, O and S. n is 1 or 2; m is (3-n); p is 1, 2, or 3; q is (4-p); r is 1, 2, or 3; s is (4-r). Rings A and B are non-aromatic. Ring C is aromatic. Each R5A group is independently absent; a member of a pair of R5A groups which together form a bridging group; or an organic group. Each R5B and R5C is independently absent or an organic group. The compound is useful in medicine, e.g. for the treatment of cancer."
