According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The rapid growth of digital communication has made email one of the most essential yet time-consuming tasks in both professional and personal environments. Writing effective emails requires not only time but also the ability to maintain proper tone, clarity, and context, which can be challenging for many users. To address these limitations, this project presents the design and implementation of a Smart AI Email Assistant, an intelligent system that automates email drafting using Large Language Models (LLMs).The proposed system is built on a scalable three-tier architecture consisting of a React-based frontend, a Spring Boot backend, and an AI engine integrated through an external API. The system utilizes advanced prompt engineering techniques to construct structured inputs for the AI model by combining user-provided email content, selected one, and optional user intent. Based on this input, the AI generates contextually accurate, grammatically correct, and tone-consistent email responses."
