This project addresses these issues by redesigning the bioreactor system with an integrated mechanical agitation unit and a robust sealing mechanism. The design is analyzed parametrically using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to optimize flow distribution and shear rates. The fabricated model utilizes a hybrid material approach (HOPE vessel with Steel Frame) to ensure durability and costefficiency. Experimental validation confirms enhanced homogeneity, reduced power * consumption, and improved reaction yield, making it an ideal solution for sustainable energy applications."
