MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441013341 A) filed by JAIN, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 23, 2024, for 'demolition assistive device.'

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 29, under issue no. 35/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A demolition assistive device, comprising a frame 1 positioned on a ground surface and an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 2 evaluates three-dimensional map of surrounding of frame 1 which is displayed on a touch interactive display panel 3 arranged on frame 1 for allowing user to select an area to be demolished, plurality of motorized omnidirectional wheels 4 moves frame 1 towards specified area, plurality of grooves fabricated on wheels 4, each integrated with a suction cup 5 by means of extendible link 6 for supporting movement of frame 1 along vertical surfaces, a hydraulically operated actuator 7 extends/retracts repetitively for breaking surface, a vibrating unit 8 integrated on plunger for producing vibrating sensation to separate broken pieces of surface from the surface, and a laser measurement sensor is integrated on frame 1 for monitoring broken area of surface to prevent breaking of any surplus area."
