According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Deep Learning-Driven Virtual Tutor and Assistance System for Real-Time Student Support Using ChatGPT Technology ABSTRACT: The disruptive breakthrough of artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots is impacting educational supremacy, necessitating consideration by higher education institutions. Open and Distance Learning (ODL) is essential for facilitating effective and engaging communication between institutions and learners. The swift progression of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly altered educational methodologies via AI-driven tutoring systems. This review rigorously analyses the development of these systems, highlighting the transformational impact of OpenAI's ChatGPT. Utilising big language models, ChatGPT delivers adaptive, customised, and scalable educational assistance, providing immediate feedback and enhancing learner engagement. Nonetheless, its incorporation presents ethical, pedagogical, and technical obstacles, such as bias, academic integrity, and privacy issues. ChatGPT, an AI chatbot, is gaining prominence in academics for coursework, augmenting knowledge, and fostering the notion of learning by machine learning, necessitating human intelligence. This research utilised a sequential explanatory design and performed numerous in-depth interviews at two public universities in Indonesia to examine the perceptions of students, faculty, and staff concerning the use of ChatGPT."
