MUMBAI, India, Feb. 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541121867 A) filed by Veerabhadra Elite Electrodynamic Solutions Llp, Hyderabad, Telangana, on Dec. 4, 2025, for 'dc solenoid operated cam driven motor system.'

Inventor(s) include Veeramallu Veera Brahmanjaneya Prasad; and Veeramallu Lalitha Devi.

The application for the patent was published on Feb. 6, under issue no. 06/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a DC solenoid-operated cam-driven motor system (100), configured to convert linear motion of solenoid armatures into rotational motion of a shaft (200) with high efficiency and torque. The system comprises a DC voltage source (300), a DC converter system (310) with a set of buck converters, a solenoid system (230) with plungers or armatures, a cam mechanism (110), a switching controller or speed controller (320), and a feedback system (340) with position detectors. The DC converters cyclically energize the solenoid coils based on switching sequences and duty cycles determined by the controller, enabling variable speed, high torque, and reversible rotation. The cam mechanism converts linear solenoid motion into shaft rotation, while permanent magnets optionally enhance efficiency and reduce power consumption. The system can cascade multiple units for higher mechanical power. Applications include electric vehicle motors, DC-driven prime movers, solar-to-AC generation, and variable-speed DC drives."
