MUMBAI, India, July 25 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202527063656 A) filed by Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., Guangdong, China, on July 3, for 'data transmission method and related device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A data transmission method and a related device. The method comprises: a terminal device determines an HARQ process, and sends indication information to a network device on a first CG transmission occasion within a first time period, wherein an identifier of the HARQ process is related to the number of CG transmission occasions used or skipped within the first time period and an index of a second CG transmission occasion within a second time period; and the network device may also determine an HARQ process according to the number of CG transmission occasions used or skipped within the first time period, which are indicated by the indication information, such that the terminal device may send uplink data to the network device on the second CG transmission occasion on the basis of the HARQ process, and determine different HARQ processes among a plurality of transmission occasions in a licensed frequency band, thereby allowing configuration of the plurality of transmission occasions to complete uplink transmission of service data having large data volumes and changing dynamically."
