MUMBAI, India, March 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202647023631 A) filed by Nokia Technologies Oy, Espoo, Finland, on Feb. 27, for 'data collection for an ai/ml model.'

Inventor(s) include Bonfante, Andrea; Dosti, Endrit; Vook, Frederick; Ahmadian Tehrani, Amir Mehdi; Laddu, Keeth Saliya Jayasinghe; and Sanguanpuak, Tachporn.

The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A method comprising: obtain, at a first apparatus by measuring a set of reference signals from a second apparatus, a first set of measurement results to be used to a model; receiving, from the second apparatus, at least one of: first assistance information indicating a first characteristic of a second set of measurement results associated with the set of reference signals, or an indication of a usability of the first set of measurement results as input to the model; and performing an action associated with the first set of measurement results on the model based on the at least one of the first assistance information or the indication."
