MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411011279 A) filed by Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, on Feb. 19, 2024, for 'customized bread baking device.'

Inventor(s) include Sunil Kumar Gaur.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 29, under issue no. 35/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A customized bread baking device, comprising a hollow cuboidal body 1 installed with a pair of C-shaped members 2 initially positioned at a periphery of body 1, herein a bread to be baked is manually placed in contact with members 2, a touch enabled screen 3 installed on body 1 for enabling user to give input commands regarding character(s) to be imprinted on bread, a pair of motorized sliders 4 for translating members 2 along with bread within body 1, a pair of plates 7 installed within body 1 and multiple iris pores 8 crafted on each of breads to open, a heating coil 9 configured between plates 7 and body 1 for generating heat, an RTC module for keeping an accurate track on time, an LED light 10 to illuminate for notifying user to collect bread and a level sensor 6 for detecting level of oil."
