The processor (104) is configured to map the one or more responses with a plurality of cultural parameters; apply at least one scoring technique that normalizes scores when at least one response from the one or more responses is missing, wherein the normalization of the scores facilitates to generate a cultural assimilation score; and generate a cultural assimilation pyramid (300) comprising a plurality of hierarchical levels based on the cultural assimilation score."
