Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Crystalline Forms Of An Antiviral Prodrug' Filed by Exavir Therapeutics, Inc.

MUMBAI, India, Nov. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517095215 A) filed by Exavir Therapeutics, Inc., San Francisco, on Oct. 3, for 'crystalline forms of an antiviral prodrug.'

Inventor(s) include Elliott, Gary, T.; and Kim, Min-Woo.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 14, under issue no. 46/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed herein, in part, are crystalline forms of a prodrug of an antiviral agent and methods of using the same in the treatment of viral infections."
