Inventor(s) include Morie Takaaki.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 14, under issue no. 46/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A cryogenic refrigerator (10) comprises: a cold head (14) comprising a first cooling stage (33) and a second cooling stage (35) that is cooled to a lower temperature than the first cooling stage (33); a heater (46) that is thermally coupled to the first cooling stage (33); a first temperature sensor (48a) for measuring a first temperature of the first cooling stage (33); and a controller (50) configured to acquire the first temperature of the first cooling stage (33) from the first temperature sensor (48a) during a cooling-down operation of the cold head (14), and to control the heater (46) such that the first temperature of the first cooling stage (33) tracks an intermediate target temperature that is lower than an initial temperature in the cooling-down operation and is higher than a final target temperature of the first cooling stage (33)."
The patent application was internationally filed on Jan. 15, 2024, under International application No.PCT/JP2024/000833.
