MUMBAI, India, June 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202417072211 A) filed by Twilio Inc., San Francisco, on Sept. 24, 2024, for 'creation of content resources for messaging in a software as a service platform.'

The application for the patent was published on June 13, under issue no. 24/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A first request to create a content resource from a client device associated with a client account of the SaaS platform is received via a first application programming interface (API) call. The first request specifies message content for messages to be sent via multiple communication channels, identifies the message content in a first format, and format is translatable to multiple second formats that each correspond to one of the communication channels. The content resource received via the first API call is stored, at the SaaS platform. An identifier of the content resource is provided to the client device associated with the client account via a first API response."
