MUMBAI, India, April 17 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621013448 A) filed by Gokul Global University, Patan, Gujarat, on Feb. 7, for 'cosmetic tool cleaning device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Jalpa R. Patel.
The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A cosmetic tool cleaning device, comprises of a chamber 101 to receive cosmetic brushes and tools, a cleaning solution compartment 102 positioned at the base of the chamber 101 for storing disinfecting liquid, an air blower 103 integrated with the chamber 101 and configured to circulate air for drying the brushes and tools after cleaning, the cleaning solution compartment 102 is connected to a conduit 104 and a dispenser 105 to automatically dispense disinfecting liquid into the chamber 101 upon detection of brush placement, a draining pipe 106 integrated with the chamber 101 to drain used liquid into a separate waste compartment 107 disposed below the cleaning solution compartment 102, and a rotary agitation unit 109 to create turbulent motion in the disinfecting liquid for enhanced cleaning effectiveness of the brushes and tools."
