MUMBAI, India, June 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517045623 A) filed by Innova Patent Gmbh, Wolfurt, Austria, on May 12, for 'conveying device.'

The application for the patent was published on June 13, under issue no. 24/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a conveying device having a conveyor belt and having conveyor rollers which roll on a support element. In order to achieve reliable guidance of the conveyor belt the invention provides: that a supporting element (31) is provided on at least one side of an upper belt (11) and/or lower belt (12) of the conveyor belt (4) in a guided conveying portion (9) of the conveying device (1) said supporting element extending in the guided conveying portion (9) in the conveying direction (x); that at least one guide clamp (16) is provided on the conveyor belt (4) on the side of the supporting element (31) said guide clamp engaging around the supporting element (31) in a guide region (32) when said guide clamp is in a closed position there being play between the supporting element (31) and the closed guide clamp (16) in the guide region (32) so that the guide clamp (16) is guided on the supporting element (31) without clamping the supporting element (31) and said guide clamp releasing the supporting element (31) when said guide clamp is in an open position; and that a clamp drive (35) by means of which the guide clamp (16) can be brought into the open or closed position is provided on the guide clamp (16)."
