MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514094092 A) filed by Envision Energy Technology Pte Ltd., Singapore, on Sept. 30, for 'control method and system for grid-forming device, electronic device, and storage medium.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed is a control method and system for a grid-forming device, electronic device, and storage medium. The method includes: obtaining a limit value for an active power related parameter of the grid-forming device, generating a command correction value for an active power related parameter according to the limit value and a detected feedback value of the active power related parameter, obtaining a corrected command for the active power related parameter by correcting a command for the active power related parameter with the command correction value, and controlling operation of the grid-forming device using the corrected command. The active power related parameter comprises any one of electromagnetic torque, power, and active current."
