MUMBAI, India, May 30 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517029630 A) filed by Samsung Display Co. Ltd., Gyeonggi, Republic of Korea, on March 27, for 'contact inspection apparatus.'
Inventor(s) include Kim, Byungsu; Kang, Suk Ju; Lee, Jung Min; and Jun, Eun Su.
The application for the patent was published on May 30, under issue no. 22/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A contact inspection apparatus, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a support; a contact inspection module comprising an inspection terminal for carrying out an inspection by making contact with an object being inspected; a crank module having a double crank structure and coupling the contact inspection module to the support; and a driving cylinder coupled to the support and the contact inspection module, wherein the driving cylinder moves the contact inspection module by pressing same in an oblique direction."
