The present invention also addresses the problem of providing a renewed pavement layer. The present invention solves the abovementioned problems by providing: a construction method for renewing a pavement layer including a step in which when the moisture content of a renewal material to be used is higher than a target moisture content, a moisture-absorbing material is added thereto and the apparent moisture content of the renewal material as determined by subtracting the mass of moisture absorbed by the moisture-absorbing material is made to match the target moisture content; and a renewed pavement layer obtained by the construction method."
The patent application was internationally filed on Nov. 28, 2023, under International application No.PCT/JP2023/042561.
