MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441007804 A) filed by Jain, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 5, 2024, for 'construction material sieving device.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Roshita David.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A construction material sieving device, comprises of a frame 1 configured with multiple telescopic rods 2 that provide support to the frame 1 on a ground surface, a suction cup 3 attached with each of the rods 2 for affixing with the surface, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 4 installed on the frame 1 to determine presence of a pile of construction material in proximity to the frame 1, a robotic link 11 configured with a bucket 5 for transferring the material from the surface to a meshed plate 6 assembled on the frame 1, a rack and pinion arrangement 7 connected with the plate 6 for providing a reciprocated movement to the plate 6, a touch interactive display panel 9 assembled on the frame 1 to input details regarding a quantity of material that the user desires to store inside the bag."
