MUMBAI, India, Oct. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202547094295 A) filed by Qualcomm Incorporated, San Diego, on Sept. 30, for 'conditional handovers based on a network energy saving mode.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. The UE may monitor one or more received signals based at least in part on the NES conditional handover threshold. Numerous other aspects are described."
