MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202527090335 A) filed by China Mobile Communication Co. Ltd. Research Institute; and China Mobile Communications Group Co. Ltd., Beijing, on Sept. 22, for 'conditional handover method, apparatus and device.'
