MUMBAI, India, June 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517020394 A) filed by Knorr Bremse Braking Systems For Commercial Vehicles (DALIAN) Co. Ltd., Liaoning, China, on March 6, for 'compressor unit for vehicle.'
Inventor(s) include Hebrard Gilles; Veron Frederic; and Marescot Jean Baptiste.
The application for the patent was published on June 6, under issue no. 23/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A compressor unit for a vehicle comprises a volumetric air compressor and an external heat insulation for preventing the condensation of water within the volumetric air compressor wherein said external heat insulation is provided at least on a surface of a body of the volumetric air compressor. There is also related a vehicle on which the aforesaid compressor unit is mounted."
The patent application was internationally filed on Aug. 09, 2023, under International application No.PCT/CN2023/111993.
