Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Compositions And Uses Thereof' Filed by Beech Biotech SA

MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202547083557 A) filed by Beech Biotech SA, Lausanne, Switzerland, on Sept. 2, for 'compositions and uses thereof.'

Inventor(s) include Cottingham, Ian.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Molecules, in particular polypeptides, including immunoglobulins (e.g., antibodies), comprising mutations that result in reduced maternofetal transfer, as well as nucleic acids encoding such polypeptides, therapeutic and diagnostic compositions, formulations, kits, and methods of making and using the molecules, including methods of treatment."
