MUMBAI, India, Sept. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441011711 A) filed by Dr. S. Pandi Prabha; S. Kawya; Dr. C. Karthik; and D. G. Caroline, Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, on Feb. 20, 2024, for 'composition for a vitamin b6 enriched eatable.'

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 5, under issue no. 36/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Composition for a Vitamin B6 enriched eatable wherein the composition comprises: a cereal grain at least 40 to 50 wt% of the composition; a edible oil or oil or butter at least 40 to 50 wt% of the composition; a sugar at least 5 wt% of the composition; a salt at least 0.5 wt% of the composition; a baking powder at least 0.05 wt% of the composition; a baking soda at least 0.05 wt% of the composition; a water; and an extract of sea weed or aquatic weed."
