MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517058146 A) filed by Takemoto Oil & Fat Co. Ltd., Aichi, Japan, on June 17, for 'composition containing synthetic fiber treatment agent for spinning process, synthetic fibers, and method for treating synthetic fibers.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a composition containing a synthetic fiber treatment agent for spinning process; a composition containing a synthetic fiber treatment agent for spinning process, which can improve the storage stability of a diluted solution and can improve the productivity of fibers having a synthetic fiber treatment agent for spinning process applied thereon; and others. The composition containing a synthetic fiber treatment agent for spinning process according to the present invention comprises: a synthetic fiber treatment agent for spinning process comprising a specified amount of a nonionic surfactant, a specified amount of an ionic surfactant and an organic preservative agent, and optionally containing a specified amount of a lubricating agent; and a solvent including water. In the composition containing a synthetic fiber treatment agent for spinning process, the solvent is contained in an amount of 0.1 part by mass or more and less than 20 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the synthetic fiber treatment agent for spinning process. The content of a bromine element in the synthetic fiber treatment agent for spinning process is more than 0 ppm and 300 ppm or less."
