MUMBAI, India, June 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202311083335 A) filed by Council Of Scientific And Industrial Research, New Delhi, on Dec. 6, 2023, for 'complete process for recycling spent/waste li-ion batteries by hydrometallurgy.'

Inventor(s) include Nayaka Girish Praveen; Purnima Rawat; and Shivamurthy Bogalera Papaiah.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a field of recycling and waste management.
