MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202527078299 A) filed by Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., Guangdong, China, on Aug. 18, for 'communication method and communication apparatus.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present application provides a communication method, a communication apparatus, a computer-readable storage medium and a computer program product in the field of communications. In some technical solutions provided in the present application, on the basis of a remaining duration of a timer for data maintenance, a maximum remaining transmission delay of the data is determined for the data, that is, a remaining time of the data is determined, and the remaining time is reported to an access network device, such that the access network device can schedule the data on the basis of the remaining time, thereby enabling the data to be successfully transmitted within a budget transmission delay, and further improving the data transmission success rate."
