MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517058182 A) filed by Posco Co. Ltd, Gyeongsangbuk, Republic of Korea, on June 17, for 'cold-rolled steel sheet and method for manufacturing same.'
Inventor(s) include Seo, Chang-Hyo; Im, Young-Roc; Kim, Sang-Hyun; and Jung, Ki-Taek.
The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to an ultra-high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet having a tensile strength of 1470 MPa, which is mainly used for automobile crashworthy and structural members, and to a method for manufacturing same."
