MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514091617 A) filed by Kohler Mira Limited, Cheltenham, U.K., on Sept. 24, 2025, for 'cold and hot plunge shower management systems.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to a shower management system including the ability to provide a user with cold or hot boost therapy sessions. The boost therapy shower management system may include a first water outlet and a second water outlet in fluid communication with a one or more fresh water supplies and one or more optional boost therapy water storage tanks. Following an predetermined time or upon activation by a user, a boost therapy shower session may be administer to a user and cold or hot water may be output through a shower head, wherein the boost therapy water is output from the one or more optional boost therapy water storage tanks at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined period of time."
