The application for the patent was published on Jan. 9, under issue no. 02/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Cyber threats have become increasingly sophisticated, dynamic, and unpredictable, posing significant challenges to organizations worldwide. Traditional security systems, which rely on predefined rules and signature-based detection, often fail to . . identify new and evolving attacks. To overcome these limitations, this project proposes a Cognitive AI-Based System for Predictive Cyber Threat Intelligence that leverages the power of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cognitive computing to predict and prevent cyberattacks proactively. The system continuously gathers and analyses massive amounts of data from diverse sources such as network traffic, system logs, social media, and threat intelligence feeds. Using advanced algorithms and natural language processing (NLP), it identifies patterns, detects anomalies, and forecasts potential cyber risks before they materialize."
