MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517091007 A) filed by Honda Motor Co. Ltd., Tokyo, on Sept. 23, for 'clutch control device.'
Inventor(s) include Tsuzuki Ryohei; Ono Junya; and Ryuzaki Tatsuya.
The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "This clutch control device (40A) is provided with a clutch device (26), a clutch actuator (50), and a control unit (40). The control unit (40) performs clutch automatic disconnection control for disconnecting the clutch device (26) at the time of shifting and at the time of vehicle speed reduction and also makes the clutch disengagement speed (L12VB) of the clutch automatic disengagement control at the time of vehicle speed reduction slower than the clutch disengagement speed (L12VA) of the clutch automatic disengagement control at the time of shifting."
The patent application was internationally filed on Mar. 29, 2023, under International application No.PCT/JP2023/012896.
