The process includes providing a discovery request to the cloud service provider; receiving an error response based on the discovery request, wherein the error response indicates the discovery request is unsuccessful based at least on the discovery request not satisfying the retry criterion; and determining a wait time based at least on the error response and the request retry indicator. The process includes retrying the discovery request according to the wait time."
