Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Clothing Processing Device, And Method For Controlling Same' Filed by Lg Electronics Inc.

MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517066009 A) filed by Lg Electronics Inc., Seoul, Republic of Korea, on July 10, for 'clothing processing device, and method for controlling same.'

Inventor(s) include Kim, Minji; Kim, Jaehyung; Jang, Jinhyuk; and Kim, Seoyoun.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a clothing processing device wherein when a drying process is performed, the operation of a compressor is maintained until the drying process ends or clothing is completely dried, and a first heater or a second heater is operated together such that the temperature inside an inner case is raised to a set temperature or higher during the operation of the compressor."

The patent application was internationally filed on Jan. 26, 2024, under International application No.PCT/KR2024/001257.
