MUMBAI, India, May 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611024896 A) filed by Fiberise Fit Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, on March 2, for 'circadian dual-phase nutritional system and method for controlled metabolic modulation.'

Inventor(s) include Diwakar Vaish; and Sakshi Dhall.

The application for the patent was published on May 1, under issue no. 18/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A circadian dual-phase nutritional system and method for controlled metabolic modulation are disclosed. The system comprises a Morning Metabolic Activation Composition (MMAC) and a Night Regenerative Restoration Composition (NRRC), each containing 10-50 g protein and 3-8 g soluble fermentable dietary fiber forming a controlled-release bio-matrix. The morning composition includes metabolic activation micronutrients and is configured for administration during peak insulin sensitivity hours, while the night composition includes recovery-supporting micronutrients and is configured for administration during evening recovery phases. The protein-fiber matrix sustains nutrient release over 120-240 minutes and reduces glycemic index to 35 or less. Time-differentiated administration improves glycemic stability, enhances mineral bioavailability, increases short-chain fatty acid production through fiber fermentation, and supports sleep and recovery parameters. The invention provides a coordinated circadian-aligned alternative to single-dose nutritional supplements by distributing metabolic load across biologically optimized time windows."
