MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517098496 A) filed by Sumitomo Seika Chemicals Co. Ltd., Hyogo, on Oct. 13, for 'chlorosulfonated polyolefin latex.'
Inventor(s) include Kakutaka, Ikumi; and Nishioka, Kiyoshi.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 21, under issue no. 47/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided is a means for producing a dip molded body comprising a chlorosulfonated polyolefin, without using sodium alginate or the like. More specifically provided is a chlorosulfonated polyolefin latex containing: (A) a chlorosulfonated polyolefin; (B) a surfactant having an anionic portion and a nonionic portion, wherein the nonionic portion contains a polyoxyalkylene chain, and the anionic portion contains a carboxylate, a sulfonate, a carbonate ester salt, a sulfate ester salt, or a phosphate ester salt; (C) at least one surfactant selected from the group consisting of an amino acid surfactant, an alkyl aryl sulfonic acid surfactant, an alkyl sulfate surfactant, and a sulfosuccinic acid surfactant; and (D) an aqueous dispersion medium."
The patent application was internationally filed on Mar. 25, 2024, under International application No.PCT/JP2024/011541.
